Louis Jourdan, a 37-year-old fisherman from South Carolina who went missing at sea in January 2015. Louis was known for enjoying the solitude of being out at sea, but when he failed to return home after a solo trip, his family was left with uncertainty and heartbreak. After two months with no news, they began to accept that they may never see him again. However, on Good Friday morning, something astonishing happened. 




A cargo ship spotted Louis, emaciated and exhausted, sitting on top of a battered boat that was barely afloat. He had been drifting in the middle of the ocean for two months after his boat capsized during a storm and suffered a broken shoulder. Despite the odds, Louis managed to survive by catching fish, bailing water, and using his expertise to construct a makeshift sail. The video describes how Louis's family was overjoyed to have him back, and the unlikely survival story brought them a sense of closure.


Jordan, a sailor who went missing at sea, is shared. After 66 days, Lewis was found by the Houston Express cargo ship, clinging to his vessel.
