 After his son is branded a ‘Monster,’ Idaho dad teaches tormentors a brutal lesson" 





The inspiring story of Dan Bezant and his son Jackson, who has Treacher Collins syndrome , a rare condition affecting bone and facial tissue development. Despite Jackson's cheerful disposition and love for outdoor activities, he has endured relentless bullying from peers and some adults due to his appearance. A particularly distressing incident at school, where Jackson was taunted and called a monster, led Dan to take action. He wrote a heartfelt Facebook post, educating others about compassion and acceptance, which went viral. Children at Jackson's school reached out to him and his family, wanting to befriend and protect him. Jackson even connected with two other kids with Treacher Collins syndrome, planning a playdate. Dan set up a PO Box for those wishing to send Jackson letters or cards, and the response has been overwhelming. The video underscores the importance of education and instilling kindness and compassion in children to put an end to bullying.
